on management lvl permanent back stabbing no synergies - everyone for him-/herself - beeing a honest and good person to everyone has hurt me a lot here and almost got me fired two times for not reason - delivered excellence everytime (someone might felt endangered by that) the last years were shit

customers satisfaction - working together on "big things" deep flow state when everything is working together like a charm even with colleagues
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
changing the goals on top lvl - quality over wins - profit not over people - and this happens every time ... but i believe everywhere .. not sure if this is a "rahi thing"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Distribute the respect and support to the team as needed to grow as a whole. Decisions made are communicated without any foundation - often someone isn't able to follow - and its better to "not ask questions" and "not beeing sick" even when vomitting on site or at the office - not even a thank you..
