My experience overall with the company is great but it can be improved I honestly feel that my skill sets are not match to the work that I do. I am more comfortable in presentations, meetings either customer or vendor facing.

The positive thing in the culture is that everyone is geared to finish the task.

If I can genuinely contribute my skills to the right team and work that needs to be done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they conduct the work is at the pinnacle but when it comes to the people connecting is a difficulty since it is easier to connect with someone who is in reach physically.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly I want to be reallocated to a different team because I feel that my skills will be of better use to the other teams. Compensation increase must be adjudged not just with the emails but as well as the effort made beyond to complete the task.
