There has recently been some huge changes that have made a good and fun workplace a hostile environment with negative outlooks from a lot of employees. I don't see a good future for this company as of now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The guys in the field all get along very well. We are definitely separated from everyone else in upper management however.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone always feels on edge for their jobs as we have seen way to many fellow co workers be let go. Numerous times we have witnessed the wrong people getting promoted for poor quality work. When promotions do happen they do not involve pay increases.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leadership needs to remember that the guys in the field are part of the "Rahi team". When leadership changes are made everyone in the field is lost and has no direction due to the lack of communication from above. Pay increases would be nice as well, since it has been a couple years without any.
