Overall I enjoy working for Rahi. It is challenging and pioneering. I doubt many however would feel the same as I do. I don't always feel I am heard when I ask for help, or rather there is a lack of action when I do... it is left for me to resolve when I ask for it, this can be demotivating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There does seem to be genuine comradeship in most teams
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to shape the business I am in. Interacting on a an international basis with friends, colleagues, suppliers, partners and customers
What are some of the best things about your team?
Can do attitude. Good team spirit. Good problem solving abilities. Pride in the quality of work delivered. Genuine endeavours to refine and imporve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Talented, intelligent individuals, that seem to have a good nature. There is seemingly no boundaries to the aspirations and goals that Rahi is setting out to achieve
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy, minimal micromanagement, customer engagements (sales meetings, design reviews, project delivery, training), successful delivery of projects, being able to help others either in work., council, experience, training, etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation seems to be above market average for the territory. Rahi has consistently recognized the efforts of key personnel who consistently work hard to delivery good result through bonus's and pay increases
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Brilliant individuals from varied backgrounds that all seems to be very focussed on working on the strategic objectives of the business. They are personable, and they do seem to care about the welfare and success of their team members
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that I have a degree of autonomy in my field, and I am not micro managed. I enjoy the experience of the various international interactions I get to do daily with colleagues, customers, suppliers and services partners.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some incredibly talented people, but more importantly they care about the quality of their work, and the outcomes of the work they undertake. Not all of my fellow peers (same job title) seem to take on new tasks and opportunities with enthusiasm... this could be a superficial view on my part
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a fair salary for the market. The benefits associated with the package are good too. I do get commissions from time to time, but I don't think these are calculated accurately or fairly. A statement of commissions due to be paid and pending would clarify if I am receiving these fairly
