overall experience is great. So it does match my work profile with my expectations, however one thing is impacting negative on me as below. I joined in August'20. but Appraisal cycle is changed and I was not applicable ,now I will get appraisal in next jan'22 so that is after around 1.6 years.

In hand part from CTC is very nice..there is no hidden components

leadership of my team is awesome and does exactly do what team wants
