Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bay Area is an expensive location and salaries should be paid accordingly. Otherwise finding good talent or retain them will be difficult. For eg, for the similar job roles people gets 40% more base pay. And also I personally fee that the executive team finds some or other reason while paying bonus
