I think I will lose my job in matter of time because there is no new project. From what I understand, customer have a very bad impression and removing all the remaining project we holds. Right at the moment I am just waiting for the time that rahi systems can let me believe there is still hope.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Firstly, please make sure they understand what is their job scope, following have some knowledge of project based solution and not rely on vendor to provide. If we rely all on vendors for solution, why did we call ourself as data center solution provider?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management have to be changed. Environment is too toxic to work with. Managers have no idea how to communicate and just showing their own incompetent to the customer. As all this result of a big down fall to rahi systems. It is a disgrace working in rahi systems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Firstly, I am the lowest paid In the company but I sweat the most. I am working day and night for the company whereas my manager sitting down drinking latte and having fine dinning. Nothing can make me feel better as now even CEO can't do a shit about losing business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Why did they fire chris? He worked 100 hours a week for 1 year while his wife pregnant even his kid is born he still on site late work with Ali. But Bruce raymond no purpose, want his commission? He only one who knows the dc people. Only one ali n bytdance like. Rubbish !
