Dynatrace: I am benefiting a very good local experience, however the context is quite bureaucratic and siloed. My wellness has a lot to do with chain of command.

BILL: Peers are hit or miss, but mostly excellent. Mostly collaborative, hard working people with only very few self-important jerks. Definitely better than other places I've been.

First Merchants: I would say that it started out better than it is currently. it has deteriorated over the years, through multiple splinters at the core that lead to bigger issues being shown.

Fivetran: The culture has shifted in the last 6-8 months and is now in a place where I hesitate to recommend others to join based on the uncertainty we've all experienced in RIFs, rumors of more coming, comp plans that are hard to understand, and a lack of job security.

First Merchants: My overall experience has been pretty good. I started as a teller and wanted something different and more challenging, so I started working at the DDC. I have been with the company for 5 years and have been comfortable enough to want to stay here and continue perusing a career with FMB.
National General Insurance: Better customer service. The claims process is slow, the adjuter we dealt with is rude and unprofessional. Our claim is closed and we are fighting for rental reimbursment, what a nightmare to have to fight for whats legally and rightfully ours to claim. We pay for insurance for this reason.
SoFi: Great offerings and service and platform
First Merchants: Leadership is open to change. I have a lot of creative freedom and have been asked to assist with leadership projects.
Lamar Advertising: Better than all the others. We are Lamar green and the others are just green with envy.

Bob's Stores: I love the way the bobs shoes are made so that they fit comfortably below the ankle and are such a quality type shoe. I literally have four pairs of Bob's shoes that I have worn until they literally have fallen apart.
BILL: Almost the entire C-suite is new to the company, so it can be beneficial to have a new perspective on programs and systems, but there's also no way to predict what action will be taken on any given issue, like the recession or pay equity.
Vrbo: Customer Service and following through on promises made about reimbursements.
BILL: Give design a voice and treat design with respect. Let those closest to the situation make the decisions. Leaders who don't have any context or real understanding are making decisions, and poor decisions at that. They are not listening to their teams.
Lamar Advertising: I enjoy working for Lamar, we were a family owed company before our merger with Lamar, so I really miss that aspect. But all in all, I love the BIG GREEN.
