Great people at the foot-soldier level; horrendous exec leadership. Especially the CRO who doesnt care if people get paid. Its a helluvva way to boost profitability: dont fairly pay ur people

My teammates are the only good thing about dynatrace.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The C suite doesnt cate about employees, if they did it would be easier to do business with Dynatrace. Its a nightmare for partners and customers.
