In services there is a clear difference in how individuals are treated. Laptops (Macbook Pro) in services team has been used as a reward to some but others behaving in the same way are not offered this incentive and there is no clear method for this.

Lack of acknowledgment on contributions. My manager doesn't even bring up any professional nor skills development review. Compensation should be given out based on merit and be aligned to job market.

I am relied on due to my skills and experience, but not recognized. Management rewards accomplishments that are high-visibility but low-yield. Better evaluation of operational performance when determining advancement or increasing financial compensation would make me feel my efforts are valued.
