I am a 5+ year employee. My experience has been very fulfilling overall. I am challenged appropriately and given the resources and latitude to solve problems my way. This is the best-led company I have worked in, and I am happy that leadership actively course-corrects as we learn from our customers.

I work at a fast-paced, challenging, industry-leading company. To stay the best we have to find new ways to be the best, nearly every day. I love the challenge that comes with that, and the pace of change keeps things interesting. I am having a great time working here.

The emphasis on our people. We want great customer experiences as well of course, but it won't be as high if the employees are well-cared for

We have a great corporate culture that is embraced by my immediate leadership team. People care about each other and are genuinely willing to help. The quality of work here is amazing.

I have a good base salary and the opportunity to earn a bonus based on corporate performance. I do wish the bonus component was broader in the company; I think it is motivational and helps keep key people engaged.

It is actively tied into current and future customer trends. It actively keeps our business processes efficient and modern. It actively promotes a culture of collaboration, customer-first experience, and leadership. I never feel that we are stuck in the past

Customer-first culture. Willingness to step up and do the right thing. People are actively engaged in improving team performance for the benefit of the customer, as opposed to focusing on individual metrics, I believe there is real trust among team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customer-first culture, supported by the active encouragement of individuals to find creative ways to make the company better. I love it that there has been hard work put into tearing down silos within the company to truly enable cross-team collaboration to better serve our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am (and my teammates) are actively supported in doing the right thing for the company and our customers. This ties into a fast pace with change that makes sense, and our constant evolution to ensure that we don't get stuck in a world where "we've always done it that way".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency. I also love the way they do what needs to be done, instead of sitting on broken practices or things that just aren't working out. Pivoting like we do means being able to deal with change, but I like that. To be the best, you have to keep moving, and we do it great!
