There are a ton of variables within sales and SDRS. Amount of leads per region/territory, quality of accounts, number of new logo accounts (which is the primary charter). My comp plan would be more fair if the territories/accounts were looked at in a granular manner for propensity of QSO/opportunity

As a manger - I'm most excited about mentoring my team and helping them succeed. I really enjoy seeing them challenge themselves and take a ton of pride in their successes. Also - I really enjoy self driven, continual personal improvement.
