In services there is a clear difference in how individuals are treated. Laptops (Macbook Pro) in services team has been used as a reward to some but others behaving in the same way are not offered this incentive and there is no clear method for this.

Lack of acknowledgment on contributions. My manager doesn't even bring up any professional nor skills development review. Compensation should be given out based on merit and be aligned to job market.

Publicised as meeting 65th midpoint salary bands, this isn't reached for most people and the data used isn't like for like. Lots of talk and little action moving to yearly merit adjustments.

How about I answer the opposite. What is negative about the company is how teams are separate in their actions of being special. If you are in Post-Sales, you should all be treated the same no matter what team. If D1 buys lunch, it should be Post-Sales buying lunch and everyone should be included
