I have to say that I have been blessed to have been given this opportunity and thankful that I took advantage of the opportunities as they arose.
Overall has been great. The last few months, not so great. HR leadership has really messed up the company.
How smart and personable they are.
Health Care is the best.
Working with my direct team.
They are all "A" players and all pull their weight.
Having an positive impact on our customers customers. That's pretty cool.
People ask about family. It's not about "How much work did you get done?"
Healthcare is good. Dynatrace picking up a huge part of the cost is a big deal.
Still waiting to see if the STI is anything but I think it could be great. ESPP is good.
All of the things I get to do in a day and all the people I get to help.
Everyone has a genuine excitement for working for Dynatrace. If I reach out for help, I've never met someone that said "No, I'm too busy."
My leadership team is always looking out for us and is honest when asked questions. If there's something that can't be answered...then they say "I just can't answer that right now".
My team rocks!! I think the best part of my team is the longevity. The commitment of my team to the company is something I have never seen before at any company.
People are happy. People are excited about working at Dynatrace. People are eager to see where the company will be in 2 or 3 years. People are excited to be part of a really good story.
The ability to approach them with any concerns or issues, whether personal or professional, and know that they will listen and truly have an open ear. It doesn't mean they can do anything about it, but it's reassuring that they listen.
Sure, there are times when I know my boss is my boss, but overall, I can come to my boss with concerns, for guidance, and for times when I just don't know what I should do. I get great counseling every time.
I have the opportunity to give new college graduates jobs. That's pretty awesome and I'll never take that for granted. My management is awesome. I truly feel that I could go to my boss and my bosses boss with anything and they would do everything they could do to help.
How about I answer the opposite. What is negative about the company is how teams are separate in their actions of being special. If you are in Post-Sales, you should all be treated the same no matter what team. If D1 buys lunch, it should be Post-Sales buying lunch and everyone should be included
The best part is that, in my experience, Dynatrace doesn't try to nickel and dime you to try and get you at the cheapest they can. When I hired on, they actually gave me $10k more than I was asking. I know that is unusual and I would expect it to happen ever again, but it was pretty cool.
