Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase my annual compensation due to the number of years working at Dynatrace as wearing multiple hats

Segregation of duties and trust on interdepartmental team members' skills and education and experience in the field.

I feel the lines of being direct versus rude are crossed and not proactively checked by management when it is known. It is addressed when brought directly to management's attention so in that sense I feel supported. My philosophy is to take the high road but it is distracting.
