Salary Increases are still very conservative and not as in light with the industry/market standards

I would feel better if all departments could pretend to bonuses. Every sales, pre sales, service team have annual salary increase. This is absolutely not the same for the other departments, even if we are workinf harder and harder everydays. This is an unfair feeling.
