What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They either have no idea or do not care how difficult it is to hit the required deadlines with the resources and toold we have.

Picking priorities and sticking to them. The priorities change on an hourly basis making it impossible to focus and bring any projects to completion. People openly joke about everything being a priority. There is no advance planning as most mtgs are scheduled the same week they occur.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leadership needs to see where there are fractured relationships that are placing barriers up against groups that at one time worked together very well. Leadership has taken a step back and not addressing the elephant in the room.

Significant issues with knowledge sharing and willingness to support when onboarding and training. A need for far better self awareness when communicating to consider how recipients receive feedback, in the current environment it can be viewed as overly aggressive and rude.

What makes you most happy at work?
Everything works as it should, no issues whatsoever plus you make your own schedule, and priority list. Colleagues and Manager having 100% trust in your capabilities is a very empowering thing.
