Very happy overall. I work with a great group of people. I think it would be nice if low level managers also received some type of add'l compensation in the say of a bonus or stock. I know that the company is doing well and the future looks great. Why not share it at the lower levels also.

It has been a wonderful experience. I have learned a lot and work with some great people!!! I love the environment and all the extras thoughtful things that management does for the employees. It truly is appreciated!!!

I feel that the insurance is affordable and I appreciate being able to insure employee plus one versus a family.

I like them as people but not as team members. I don't feel that we all contribute the same effort to the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be included in a bonus plan based upon the company's performance. I feel I contribute to the overall health of the company and go above and beyond of my daily job responsibilites and it would be nice to get a bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a great group of people to work with and for. I really enjoy all of the people I work with! I like all the events that are planned and the generosity of the company with the fruit, snacks and all of the tea and coffee selections. Not into beer and wine but like Vodak!
