What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They either have no idea or do not care how difficult it is to hit the required deadlines with the resources and toold we have.

Picking priorities and sticking to them. The priorities change on an hourly basis making it impossible to focus and bring any projects to completion. People openly joke about everything being a priority. There is no advance planning as most mtgs are scheduled the same week they occur.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least, there should be an increment every year to compensate with inflation rate.

I am under paid for my title, my title doesn't fit my role or experience level, there are people on the same team with lesser titles making more and new employees with similar roles and much less experience with bigger titles.

STI should be available below a VP level to more individuals. Employees should have the opportunity to earn more if they achieve certain goals, ie performance based, not just the standard 3%. There is no incentive to accomplish goals that grow Dynatrace.
