Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we do not discuss compensation so openly and I think we could be given hikes/bonuses more often.

Lack of performance management system is a problem. "Constant feedback" is a nice idea, but doesn't replace a real approach. As a result, it's about favoritism.

The work I did the last 3 years to achieve the platform ga is not appreciated. I also did not get a raise in times with almost 10% inflation. There is always money other things, but often not for salary raises.

Inflation is rising, and we still do not get more. Furthermore, in other companies get paid more for the same job and effort. Finally, seeing what people get paid in the US and what we get paid in Europe makes me will feel underpaid.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
less competitive and more teamwork to a common goal (also managers fault that competitive thinking and talking seems to be better for your career at Dynatrace than actual getting the work done)

Senior co-workers sometimes talk down to me because I haven't been here as long. Giving me limited opportunity to develop new skills to help further my career. I often hear excuses like, "We won't be changing that because it will confuse the clients" followed by those changes in the next quarter.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As a contractor I feel completely separated from company culture despite knowing that there are many tasks I have streamlined and that my teammates would struggle to function efficiently without me, as evidenced by frequent denials for unpaid time-off requests because "We need you."
