Be listened to. IMO Too many decisions are taken by one person - direct management is ok in wartime. We need more agility and autonomy - we are smart, and we are happy to co-build the company, and take ownership, not only take orders.

Better compensation for sure as we not getting paid very well. Even after getting amazing appreciation, getting benefits as an average performer. No efforts taken from the company to maintain highly performing employees. Yearly special bonus and shares will be good as the other companies do.
