No contact person besides manager/direct lead - to whom can I go if there are problems? Direct reporting line is not working.

Be listened to. IMO Too many decisions are taken by one person - direct management is ok in wartime. We need more agility and autonomy - we are smart, and we are happy to co-build the company, and take ownership, not only take orders.

Better compensation for sure as we not getting paid very well. Even after getting amazing appreciation, getting benefits as an average performer. No efforts taken from the company to maintain highly performing employees. Yearly special bonus and shares will be good as the other companies do.

The product requirements are murky and unclear, and the product owners have no idea what should be expected from the product. They wave their hands a lot, but ask them about any specific details and they are like children in a fog.

Dynatrace spent the time and energy to interview from multiple perspectives (mgr, vp, peers) and for multiple skillsets (technical, presentation skills).
