What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vested stocks in the company are very important to me.
Mainly that I feel my salary is fair and the merit process is run well.
I love the Restricted stock units
Transportation tickets and wellness days are fantastic and make a difference!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my compensation should match what I bring to Dynatrace through my work and dedication.
stop the fake promises from mgmt.
no bonus is a big killer
There is a considerable difference in compensation for the same roles among my collogues. This is setting an example of favoritism and unfairness.
Pay secrecy means that I don't know if I'm being paid fairly and can't ask to find out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Get things done while still friendly.
We respect each other, like each other, and work well together.
Everyone is very welcoming and happy to help others grow.
Everyone is collaborative and no blame culture
We help each other as a team and don't look down on someone if they don't know something :D
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaboration is good, but it is ask only, not readily offered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The shift in positive momentum for diversity. Finally seeing women on the main stage.
THe team in general respects boundaries and people's own personal feelings, I have always felt I've been given the space and time to work how I best operate and not micromanaged.

I am happy when I am accomplishing objectives.
Building innovative solutions and presenting them
making Dynatrace a valuable product for our customers
When I am able to solve a problem assigned to me :D
The work that I do, my team, and the flexibility offered.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of change all the time. Role needs to be defined and I need to be valued by those above my manager.
