Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More feedback should be offered by leadership, more open to proposals and ideas, more flexible when it comes to implementing new ideas, the project management should concentrate more on helping the teams understand requirements, write complete specifications, organize tasks and resources
