In general, I like working for the company. Nevertheless, the company got very large in the last few years, and sometimes, it's hard to find a role that fits one individually and I feel things are getting slower and less innovative.

They care about the team and try to make dynatrace a good place to work

I like the fact that my previous managers honored my work and they cared about my compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most colleagues are very friendly and in general, it also is fun to work with people from other teams. Furthermore, team events are always very nice.
