Power Home Remodeling: Communication to customer. Most of the issues and disrespect actions could have been avoided with a simple phone call. Power also needs to improve on finding solutions to problems. Training associates helps prevent future problem for the company but does nothing for the current customer issues.
ProMach: A great company with awesome people that has seen tremendous growth and success. Caution is that infrastructure, training, education and overall talent development needs to keep up with the growth.

The company that contracts the food is the most awful thing about this place. Care, LPN's, CNA's, and other staff were wonderful. No worries at all

Days Inn: Dealing with the front desk clerks, they are very rude. When trying to explain the issue we were having, they won't let you speak. On top of that, when telling one clerk we have a dog they didn't put it in the system where another clerk was being rude that we didn't tell them.
