Being relatively new, I feel like I'm coming in at a very exciting time in the company where we are small enough to know most everyone, but are growing quickly to add new team members. I'm looking forward to strategic initiatives where I can plug in and help take Phenom to the next level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is fair and I feel like I was appropriately compensated when I started with Phenom.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely kind and easy going. At all levels of the organization, people are helping each other and are extremely approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is highly engaged, collaborative, and focused on the goal of providing a better experience for our customers - both internally and externally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a god job of staying in alignment with one another, and know enough about other groups to help us all rally around one another and focus.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility I'm given - both in how I manage my day, and the flexibility to learn and make mistakes. I've worked in environments where mistakes = failure, and here they're viewed as learning opportunities which is such a relief.
