DoorDash: Management has no interest in cultivating long-term talent or investing in quality teams. Get rid of the rotating career consultants and their buzzwords and install real people leaders.

Esri: Best place I've ever worked and I expect to retire from here. Everyone I work with is both very skilled and very supportive, making for a great work environment.

First Advantage: There should be an encouragement of workforce by regular people connect and valuing people for their contribution. Organizing of tasks should be more structured as there is no work life balance at the moment.
Korn Ferry: Love the company and the work I do but the C suite continues to increase their earnings year over year, all while RIFing internal staff, not providing merits and awarding minimal bonuses and 401k contributions to their employees. Too worried about share price; not worried enough about their people.

Public Storage: This is a stable job with consistent hours and a strong routine, which I like. It's a lot of physical labor and it doesn't pay enough which I dislike. Most of the people are great, some of the people are rude. Customers get very frustrated by the lack of people in the office.

Jackson Hewitt: I was mislead by another employee regarding tracking client information. That lead to suspension. The District Manager told me it was all over the place, but it really never was. I had more work than 1 person could do, but I got help from someone that was working against me and made work unpleasant.

Sony Pictures Entertainment: IT leadership is extremely lacking. The new CIO seems to be a practising CIO, no prior experience. Same with some of her direct reports. Extremely cliquey culture in IT. Infrastructure side leadership is very political and cliquey. Folks hanging there since years. HR is not helpful.
Mutual of Omaha: I enjoy the working at the company and the team I am a part of, but the opportunities are extremely limited and innovation is lacking. As with many companies that have many life long employees in senior roles, there is a bit of an echo chamber vibe which causes lack of innovation and progress.

Xanitos: I like working for company but the only thing I don't like is that they needs to pay more then 15.50 an hour at bump it to 18.50 and with experience pay them 19.95 an hour that would motivate you to go to work and be happy
