CenterPoint Energy: Fees, fees, and fees... Customer since 2017. The cost of the monthly fees since 2020 has been at a all high. Literally, every month the fees cost more than the cost of my monthly kwh usage. This is beyond crazy. I will be switching energy companies for sure.

The issues arise when certain managers don't take their leadership role as an actual chance to lead by example and teach to create a confident and capable staff and instead choose to belittle, demean and judge.
