Public Storage: The managers make or break the team. RDM makes or breaks the DM and you have to pay for the mistakes of every one that comes before you. There is no grace. Everyone is stressed out. That trickles down to the crew who also get yelled at daily for lack of repairs and price increases. Don't have tools
