Paycom: It's a rollercoaster of pretend professionalism and pandemonium. There are a lot of learning opportunities, but they're often applied in a way thats difficult to retain without being in the applicable department. It's the care you expect with upper leadership too busy to be connected to their groups

Not only do the emplyed complain about the heat but the coustmers who are only in here for 30 minitues do as well.

Paycom: It took me time to get to a happy place at this company. I started in a key department that was way overworked and arguably underpaid. I've now moved to a department where the challenge of the role is more growth-oriented, and I don't hate coming to work everyday, but it took years to get here.
Paycom: Overall my experience has been very positive. There have been tough moments, but each moment has only helped me learn and grow. I have worked through multiple restructures of this department and each time it has helped us excel even more. As long as you put in the hard work you will be successful.

The holiday thing is ridiculous and outdated, and so is the WFH policy. The insurance is also terrible and makes me afraid to go to the doctor/dentist.
