RingCentral: While I am still new here, the learning phase has been very detailed. I can tell RingCentral spends the time and money needed to get employees where they need to be to succeed.
RingCentral: Work life balance here is pretty good. Team culture is awesome, interesting projects and good benefits. The compensation is a bit lower than the market, but the projects and people here make it worth.
Organon: We have the strength of a Fortune 500 leader, we are building to last and the culture of a start-up
RingCentral: I feel charged for work most of the time. I am lucky to have not only humble leaders, but respectable and supportive colleagues too. My family is happy about my "take home" from the company so I am happy too. If there is no reason for me to move, I will stay with the company and grow here.

I've been surprised at how difficult it is to find information as it's "everywhere"--Mission Control, Message groups, Wiki, Google Docs, etc. It's difficult to quickly find the right technical information while I'm on with a customer.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions: I have met great people, but most are part of different teams who I have had the opportunity to collaborate on different projects. Within my team there has been lack of guidance, training, leadership and organization.
RingCentral: The company is great it's just that they need to improve in Trainings, They need to make sure that there is enough time for trainings to understand the process better, Like 2 weeks of training before an agent gets transffered to a different LOB and also additional Support is really needed.
RingCentral: The best so far and I wanted to see more.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions: I have been for around 17 years and do not regret a single day. Even when I strongly disliked working here, sticking with it has truly made this worthwhile. Overall, my experience has been stellar and not something you can find anywhere else.
LensCrafters: I bought a pair of glasses that had to be sent off in order to have my prescription filled due to the frame. They where broken in the lab twice. Therefore they were delayed twice. Now in less than 2 months they are broken again. Your store has poor customer care and argues with customers.
Rover.com: Keep withholding payments past predicted dates, leaving me with no gas funds and no paycheck for living expenses (as this is my main job) for longer than predicted payout date. Called customer support and got put on hold by two people for about twenty minutes only to be told they can do nothing.
RingCentral: The company is overwhelmingly a great place to be.
RingCentral: Ever since I started, RC has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I would not replace this for anything, in return, I hope they will not replace me either. I love it here.

My latest complaint is to resolve payments being return due to wrong billing address which I have used for years! When contacting the billing department, I wasn't able to resolve the issue!!

Terminix: Terrible, horrible customer service. I can't reach anyone in-charge, and no one will return my calls. Sub-contractor has no contingency plans for when he has staffing problems, so I sit in my house, surrounded by double-bagged items, and am told to wait two weeks before they can get to me.
Schnucks: In the past 5 years we have had trouble hiring enough help. The work load get more and more each week. They expect same or more sales with less workers.

Westin: I most value amenity of this bland. I have used your hotel many times since I was a child. You hasn't change amenity. Also, recently I feel more amenity as I grow up. Cheerful staffs service kindly even if I can't speak English fluently. Room keeper's clean our rooms to make us more confortable.

STERIS CORPORATION: Do not know if other parts of the company are as stagnant, other sections have more promoted employees with less time and over all merit while my area has not promoted currently an individual that has the merit for technician 3 but only our manager states he does not have the time.
Voya Financial: Great benefits, salary and bonuses.
Grab: Grab is a great company to work for. The company are very generous not only to the partners (drivers, riders and merchants) but especially to the staff. The environment and needs in the office is not a problem as Grab is taking a serious actions on bringing a great value. Kudos to the CEO.
