Standards, policies, and guidelines are not well organized and can be difficult to find. In addition policies and procedures are not kept up to date and change without notice.

He selects employees that are bad apples and gives them special treatment. I am a receiver, and we haven't been receiving drinks or ice or even a company cooler for our loading zone.

No payment for restaurant owners. they turn the blame on their customers and wash their hands, do not take accountability of mistakes, take our money and tells us we didn't protect our accounts. I called to remove their equipment and save the energy and money loss

Rosendin Electric: In full transparency it is miserable to work for Rosendin. Management does not look after their employees in any capacity. There is no training, no path for growth and no clear path of communication.
