The vacation days they allowed us literally 5 per year. I would say paying individuals who worked a manufacturing side position more fairly is a must.

RingCentral: While we are trying to stay sales focused it is difficult given the constant churn of people. We are now at a level where deep tissue is being cut - the tribal knowledge of how & why has left the building and no one is addressing it except to say "we'll do better without them"
