The leadership team is very effective and focused on helping HubSpot scale into the next phase of growth. There's several frameworks and initiatives that have launched to understand decision making and how to work with others, while maintaining a strong culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I did up until the last round of merit increases. It's clear the team is trying to retain us, but it's difficult to stay when I'm receiving offers for twice my salary in base, plus stock.
