Since joining 8 months ago, I have been pleasantly surprised that Hubspot walks the walk. I joined knowing how great of a company it appeared to be, but with every passing day I was blown away by the culture. I love the team I'm on and I do challenging and meaningful work internally and externally.

Having autonomy over my time and being able to be myself at work. That means feeling comfortable sharing my thoughts and comments with my manager or team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the community-feel. We are able to connect with one another through various slack channels and ERGs. I feel like if I ever have a problem or question, I can go to someone and set up a zoom or just chat in Slack.
