Gee that's an easy ask to someone who's not in employee success or HR. I have no idea, I just know this isn't working

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a group of former executives that are responsible and anxious to contribute and support others in co-leadership. Something that is woefully lacking throughout the company

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop doing surveys and start acting as though they are ready to execute as an enterprise company. SMART objectives, clear mission, vision and where the roadmap is going

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not given the tools/resources comparable to equal roles in my division but expected to deliver at equal (or higher based on tenure). Equal pay for two roles or provide adequate support. Additionally the pay/commission is beyond inaccurate, confusing and inconsistent.
