Constantly catering to peoples every minute issues that has nothing to do with LN or their job. I do not want my employer preaching to me about culture outside of the work place.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Addressing issues when they arise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A wage that allows me to not live paycheck to paycheck.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I do feel that we are taken into consideration when any moajor changes are made. LN does a good job of anticipating employee issues that come with changes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Promoting people based on uncontrollable factors such as skin color and gender. I have never seen an email promoting hard work, reliability, character, or anything else that determines how well someone will fit in a role.
