I was very surprised to learn how much vacation was offered to me when I was hired. Every other place I've ever known wouldn't come close to what is offered here.

Vacation time. I got more than I thought it would be offered to me as a brand new employee. Plus we get many CARES, and ERG hours, not to mention sporadic "reward" days off just because... It's amazing. I can never use enough of my vacation and have to roll it over to the following year.
