Selection of senior director/VPs that promote Transparency, Encouragement, & Empowerment. Managers spending more time moving personnel like a shell game have no plan for solving gaps in the business. They censor info down, communicate progress up to leadership, but have no plan to develop or lead.

Let sales focus on new sales and not all the extra stuff that they ask to do that gets in the way. Then they have to adjust our comp plan to match how other software companies operate. No other software company makes their sales folks wait until a solution is implemented in order to get paid. Crazy
