LexisNexis Risk Solutions Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Freedom to innovate; interacting with different cultures; interesting work; never bored

Review from Communications Dept

People care about each other and are quick to help each other. However, whether you are happy at work or not is greatly influenced by who you work for. When I was under another leader, I was miserable. When you have someone who builds you up and recognizes your contribution, you want to do more.

Review from Product Dept

I like the inclusivity - and during in person events - there is always a level of inclusion and generally welcoming atmosphere that makes participating enjoyable.

Review from IT Dept

people are quite open to share and interact and I believe they work hard and play hard

Review from HR Dept

The cultural beliefs, resonate, and they are simple and easy to apply to all facets of work. Be decisive, own outcomes, one team. Especially the one team because now it's a verb and we use it often. I feel very included for my particular role.

Review from Operations Dept

snacks are always refilled?

Review from Engineering Dept

The strong focus on wellness and community. It’s clear the company values supporting employees’ well-being and fostering a sense

Review from Product Dept

adapt to the latest AI

Review from Engineering Dept

Being supporting of each other.

Review from Operations Dept

the support of bringing ones true whole self to work

Review from Sales Dept

The flexibility that is promoted by the organization as a whole. I can reliably lean on the company culture when in need of flexibility for work/life balance even when team level culture can sometimes conflict with organization culture.

Review from Engineering Dept

Everyone seems to care about doing their best

Review from Engineering Dept

Group and individual Cares projects

Review from Product Dept

The entire company has an inclusive policy except the BU I work in

Review from IT Dept

colleagues experiencing the same struggle

Review from Admin Dept

Nothing, nothing, nothing nothing and nothing

Review from Engineering Dept

Everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and work together towards common goals. This inclusive atmosphere fosters innovation and creativity, making it a dynamic and exciting place to work.

Review from Marketing Dept

People are polite and kind to each other

Review from HR Dept

Most of the people are easy to be talk with, especially the leaders. It is also easy to file for a paid time off.

Review from Product Dept

Our company respects everyone and is open to listen to our feedback, and act on it.

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Don't blame and shame people when they speak their mind in a respectful way even if they don't think the same way as the majority of people and even if it is not politically correct. This is the basics of free speech, it should be ok, when it is respectful. I think it is not the case any more.

Review from Operations Dept

Focus on tomorrow rather than giving 1000% to solve today to cause more trouble down the line

Review from Operations Dept

Culture is good on the whole, I think the company is doing a good job here.

Review from Customer Success Dept

provide a real recognition of the achievements, reduce bureaucracy, provide a clear and realistic career path

Review from IT Dept

Better selection of senior director/VPs that promote Transparency, Encouragement, & Empowerment. These layers impact a high number of directs that can strengthen or destroy company culture in short order.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Leadership need to be more flexible with remote days due to special circumstances, and all teams should have the same type of flexibility

Review from Product Dept

More focus on business. Most of the emails / communications are not about the business at all.

Review from Customer Success Dept

understand local reality and translate it into the business model - we are too USA driven

Review from Sales Dept

I am not sure, maybe intervention with HR

Review from Customer Support Dept

All leaders showing up. Not lip service in saying they are available and then illusive when a real problem is facing the team and decisive direction is needed.

Review from Product Dept

The culture of psychological safety means that honesty is at times forgotten.

Review from Executive Dept

Less bureaucracy, especially from info-sec and the cloud center of excellence gatekeepers. Innovation is being stifled.

Review from Operations Dept

More focus on the customer and more urgency to provide solutions

Review from Product Dept

Stabilization of executive politics and bureaucracy

Review from Customer Success Dept

more team socials, outside of the office

Review from Sales Dept

Culture isn't bad it's the pay and the managers trying to be technical that are the problem

Review from Operations Dept

Senior management needs to fully embrace the remote work style and close down the satelite offices. Virtually all of the HR problems within the company were pre-empted by not being forced to see the people causing the problems.

Review from Engineering Dept

HR needs to stop hiding how much a role pays out. They also need to be transparent on what a pay range is. I asked four different HR people what the range was for a L14 role and none of them would answer. I only wanted to know the min and max of the role to gauge if it was worth applying.

Review from Operations Dept

when roles morph over time, allow for people to switch to a more appropriate position in line with skills and experience

Review from Operations Dept

Company is very much oriented towards UK or US, but nothing really happens for colleagues living abroad.
