Review from Sales Dept · Posted 24 days ago

My company's culture has a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 24 days ago

The non-work activities that are planned where we can all engage and socialize with one another, getting a chance to meet sometimes new colleagues and chat with old ones outside of the normal workday. This is great! It further encourages a caring and inclusive work environment.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

truly care about the people as human beings - leadership portrays an interest in your family, health and wellbeing

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

The positive interaction between people. The absence of debilitating "politics" and the clear communication of goals and objectives. The positive energy that most people display and the enthusiasm with which change and development is embraced.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted a month ago

What stands out most about our culture is its strong alignment around accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. There is a clear sense of ownership at all levels, alongside openness to diverse perspectives and ideas.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

We support each other. Root for each others success. There is a no blame culture in my department

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted a month ago

I feel like the company generally cares about me as an individual and my life outside of the office.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

The manager is a real leader who cares about what really matter both as a person and professional.

Review from Sales Dept

We make attempts to be neurodiversity affirming. Better than most but still have a long way to go.

Review from Product Dept

That when we get together in the office, we are happy to see each other

Review from Product Dept

Its about helping police agencies keep the country safe

Review from Operations Dept

Inclusive, Remote work friendly, One Team, transparent, Ethical, Rewarding

Review from Operations Dept

It embraces everyone for being themselves and values that each person brings something to the party

Review from Customer Success Dept

the interconnectedness despite being spread out geographically from the whole team

Review from Sales Dept

Innovative and we are an industry leader

Review from Product Dept

it is all inclusive and is proud of that fact

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Don't blame and shame people when they speak their mind in a respectful way even if they don't think the same way as the majority of people and even if it is not politically correct. This is the basics of free speech, it should be ok, when it is respectful. I think it is not the case any more.

Review from Operations Dept

Focus on tomorrow rather than giving 1000% to solve today to cause more trouble down the line

Review from Operations Dept

Culture is good on the whole, I think the company is doing a good job here.

Review from Customer Success Dept

provide a real recognition of the achievements, reduce bureaucracy, provide a clear and realistic career path

Review from IT Dept

Better selection of senior director/VPs that promote Transparency, Encouragement, & Empowerment. These layers impact a high number of directs that can strengthen or destroy company culture in short order.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Leadership need to be more flexible with remote days due to special circumstances, and all teams should have the same type of flexibility

Review from Product Dept

More focus on business. Most of the emails / communications are not about the business at all.

Review from Customer Success Dept

understand local reality and translate it into the business model - we are too USA driven

Review from Sales Dept

I am not sure, maybe intervention with HR

Review from Customer Support Dept

All leaders showing up. Not lip service in saying they are available and then illusive when a real problem is facing the team and decisive direction is needed.

Review from Product Dept

The culture of psychological safety means that honesty is at times forgotten.

Review from Executive Dept

Less bureaucracy, especially from info-sec and the cloud center of excellence gatekeepers. Innovation is being stifled.

Review from Operations Dept

More focus on the customer and more urgency to provide solutions

Review from Product Dept

Stabilization of executive politics and bureaucracy

Review from Customer Success Dept

more team socials, outside of the office

Review from Sales Dept

Culture isn't bad it's the pay and the managers trying to be technical that are the problem

Review from Operations Dept

HR needs to stop hiding how much a role pays out. They also need to be transparent on what a pay range is. I asked four different HR people what the range was for a L14 role and none of them would answer. I only wanted to know the min and max of the role to gauge if it was worth applying.

Review from Operations Dept

when roles morph over time, allow for people to switch to a more appropriate position in line with skills and experience

Review from Operations Dept

Company is very much oriented towards UK or US, but nothing really happens for colleagues living abroad.

Review from Product Dept

Senior management needs to fully embrace the remote work style and close down the satelite offices. Virtually all of the HR problems within the company were pre-empted by not being forced to see the people causing the problems.
