LexisNexis Risk Solutions Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401K match is nice for me.

Review from Operations Dept

There are a lot of choices

Review from Communications Dept

While I feel that my compensation is fair, I do not feel that this is a case across the board. I feel that salary raises barely keep up with inflation and adjustments are next to impossible to get. It is absurd that people who have been here for years get a lesser % bonus than those newly hired.

Review from Product Dept

401 K plan employer matching

Review from IT Dept

appreciate the flex benefits to utilise for pet care, travel and more!

Review from HR Dept

Market pay scale, 401k match, wellbeing program, hybrid and remote options, cafe on site several days at HQ, good benefits with several options, Employee stock purchase ESPP

Review from Operations Dept

fairness, benefits, stability, growth potential, and performance incentives.

Review from Engineering Dept

That I don't have to worry about my health or retirement.

Review from Operations Dept

In only have dental and vision through work, not medical. I'm fine with the choices for dental and medical

Review from Sales Dept

It seems fair enough to almost keep up with inflation.

Review from Engineering Dept

money is always better than the benefits and PTO

Review from Admin Dept

We get a 13th month

Review from Engineering Dept

We are given time to give back to our communities and learn about each other.

Review from Sales Dept

Not only does it include a competitive salary, but it also provides excellent health insurance, retirement plans and other benefits.

Review from Marketing Dept

The HMO, since I got to have 4 dependents.

Review from Product Dept

The best part of my compensation package is the competitive salary, which reflects the value of my contributions.

Review from Customer Success Dept

the best is probably the 401k matching.

Review from Operations Dept

the company 401k match is great

Review from Operations Dept

Salary, bonus and matching for 401k

Review from IT Dept

Work From Home policy, 12 weeks modern family leave for newborns for both fathers and mothers.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe there should be an equal balance between how we are compensated. especially if we are working outside of job description.

Review from IT Dept

I feel undervalued because our compensation doesn’t seem to reflect the amount of work, responsibility, and results we deliver. In addition, the absence of annual an annual or a holiday bonus makes it

Review from Product Dept

I see that company is not paying fairly based on the current market conditions and 20% increase would make me happy

Review from Engineering Dept

My salary is well below average for industry standards. Company doesn't seem to prioritize investment in good talent by placing individuals in the bottom of pay ranges. Promotional raises are underwhelming and don't incentivize extra effort.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel undervalued because recognition and compensation often appear to be driven more by personal perception than by consistent performance. Despite a proven track record of delivering results, meaningful acknowledgment is limited, while visible credit tends to go to those favored by upper manageme

Review from IT Dept

Inflation is higher in certain states, and national average salaries, might not be enough to be able to save, invest or buy property.

Review from Operations Dept

I'm not at market value for my location, education, experience, or current economy after working here 4 years. I would like to be given competitive pay and a better healthcare plan.

Review from Marketing Dept

Responsibilities / Tasks should be tied to the current title. Please review job progressions more seriously.

Review from Marketing Dept

My compensation is below the industry average for my experience and skills

Review from Marketing Dept

Clearer progression and development tracks i.e. knowledge and skills building workshops that contribute directly to progression. Salary progression would be preferable if a combination of experience/loyalty uplifts, market adjustments and inflation.

Review from Marketing Dept

Different payment sizes for different regions + a lot of stuff being done globally instead of locally

Review from Marketing Dept

Do not feel undervalued, however compensation needs to be reviewed continuously

Review from Operations Dept

A modestly higher salary given the increased and sustained workload that some of my team members and I are experiencing.

Review from Operations Dept

Limited salary increases over last few years.

Review from Operations Dept

Free health care for families would be beneficial. Some contractors receive private healthcare as part of their benefits. Despite demonstrating strong knowledge and skills, there seems to be no room for growth. New job titles were given, but no pay review has occurred.

Review from Operations Dept

under market rate and no bonus, not tied to project delivered

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation to match the changes in the economy. Often the jobs we do are difficult enough that we should be compensated at least enough to make a livable standard.

Review from Operations Dept

Better/more affordable medical benefits. More perks/discounts. Better pay.

Review from Customer Success Dept

pay could be slightly better for what we do.

Review from Customer Support Dept

shut down REPS without compensation. This pension was part of pay package since our annual salary was low. It should keep REPS and current term or give a fair compensation
