We're provided time off, and volunteer time, and time to attend ERG sessions, but at the same time we are pushed to get too much done in short times. So trying to do both things is stressful. Getting projects done for the sake of looking good seems to be the priority rather than happy customers

I don't even make the median salary for comparable jobs in my state, let alone the nationwide average. They need to stop coming up with all these excuses not to compensate their employees fairly.
