What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A proper respect of work-life balance. There is zero respect of lunch times, it's common to receive emails in evenings and over weekends (plus bank holidays) and it is common for people going on annual leave to take their laptops on holiday with them incase anything needs picking up.

Leadership needs to assert and enforce roles and boundaries of adjacent teams. Excess internal politicking degrades the company culture.
