What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus, and good healthcare options. Wellness rewards amazing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job that I do is complex and stressful and involves managing a global team. I believe that I do not get paid quite enough for it. The salary is not terrible but it could be better. It has been explained to me that it is benchmarked against other companies but they should reconsider.

I belong to a Job Family that does not cover my day2day role which in turn then limits my salary. To be fair unsure what Job Family would be used as I cross over so many different job roles. I understand how the benchmarking works but would like to understand more how my diverse role fits.

Managers need to do less tick boxing for own performance and more for there department. Inform their team what they are doing on a day to day basis for the teams benefit not there own. Managers to fix problems and be accountable rather than the employees who have to fix
