I almost never see or hear from them because they are all based in the UK. It's a little annoying that it feels like the leadership team forgets about the US team, but also nice that they don't try to over-manage a team they know little about.

I hope they didnt change our bank partner here in REPH and I heard that they are planning to change our HMO which is not a good move. I also think that they should increase our HMO Maximum Benefit Limit

Promoting people based on uncontrollable factors such as skin color and gender. I have never seen an email promoting hard work, reliability, character, or anything else that determines how well someone will fit in a role.

The process is confusing. Supports are not calibrated. The calls queue are high and we are stress to meet demands from our support to lessen the aftercall work but yet provide high quality calls and notes
