For people to move to the new incentive program, they need to be promoted. There are people that are at levels where they won't move and they are missing out on monetary benefits. They could be moved at a gradual %. We haven't heard anything about how close we are to migrating the rest.

Mid tier management is not good. Our senior director (3 tiers up from normal workers) routinely by passes the normal chain of command to assign tasks to line workers directly. He is disrespectful and a bully. This does not foster an environment of confidence and cohesion.

focus on hiring the right candidate for the job instead of "inclusion" hiring. it kills and team, moral, and results to not have a qualified individual on the team vs checking a box. I can list so MANY examples of being pushed to hire someone because of "diversity" instead of hiring the qualified
