My overall experience at the company has been mostly positive. I've had the chance to learn and grow, but I do feel a bit insecure about my job security at times. While there have been opportunities to develop, the uncertainty about the future makes it harder to feel fully confident in my role.

My title doesn't match my skills and experience level and I am not allowed to attend in person skills conferences because of the travel budget cuts. Online courses are not enough. I would like my title to be adjusted and would like to see the compensation reflect that as well.

We can genuinely trust each other. If we are in a new environment, we can rely on each other. Additionally, events that we've participated in outside of work, have helped strengthen our connection so we see each other as complex people who have lives outside of work. It creates a positive team.
