Approachability and transparency. They are casual in interactions with employees and don't treat us like we are "below" them, and they pay attention to our comments and then act upon those. They make changes as necessary.

People are visibly happier. I see folks walking down the hallway smiling to themselves, and others. It is a sign they love where they work. I know I smile all the time, so I'm making that judgement based on my personal experience.

I love people I work with because they are always positive, happy, supportive, and want to share what they know. They sincerely want to see others succeed as much as they want that for themselves. We are a team and not just a bunch of individuals. We are a TEAM!

This question feel repetitive, but I'll answer in slightly different way. In my opinion, the most positive aspect of the company's culture and environment is sense of safety and pride. I love how everyone seems to be on the same page when if comes to our mutual sense of purpose.

Vacation time. I got more than I thought it would be offered to me as a brand new employee. Plus we get many CARES, and ERG hours, not to mention sporadic "reward" days off just because... It's amazing. I can never use enough of my vacation and have to roll it over to the following year.
