While I am still new here, the learning phase has been very detailed. I can tell RingCentral spends the time and money needed to get employees where they need to be to succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when deals are closing at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how open our leadership team is about what they are currently working on in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to help me succeed. Someone is always available to help answer any questions or hop on a screen share to show me what to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working remotely is important to me as I have a 11 month old child. The flexibility to be able to go pick her up from daycare if necessary or run to a doctors appointment is imperative to my success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So far, I like the guarantee that is in place to allow me to successfully ramp up in my role. I am a bit concerned that it was not quite long enough, but we will see in the next few months!
