Wish: Lots of potential. There needs to be tighter flows and processing's. Also more headcount so when someone is on PTO/sick someone can easily jump in and help the team survive. When someone is gone from our team we are drowning in work. I often work overtime and on the weekends just so I can "catch up"

Verathon: Micromanagement/mistrust all day. A new fear based culture is rampant, which starts at the top. If you have an opinion, be prepared for "special attention" and borderline bullying. Sadly too many examples of this to ignore. CEO is a hypocrite and anyone close to him is too afraid to say anything.

ModSquad: Sub-par training and extreme stress for $9-10/hr. Customers are abusive and you can be fired for mishandling a call. Considering it's below minimum wage pay, I would look elsewhere for a job.

Vertex Inc.: Rapidly changing, mostly in a good way. The overall strategic vision is lacking. Teams work hard to accomplish the mountain of work in front of them and get derailed due to executive and leadership infighting. Many people refuse to call out this bad behavior and it is holding Vertex back.
Beacon Hill: I've been here for more than 10 years and can't imagine working anywhere else.
CarGurus: it's an amazing company that i hope to be part of for years to come!
Crutchfield: Being told we either use pto or go unpaid if we have covid. Most of us cant afford to go unpaid. This will create an unsafe and more bitter work environment Thanks for putting us all in danger
GoodLeap: It is a stress free environment. You are able to speak up if something does not seem right and actually be heard.

Pipedrive: It's a great, supportive company to work for. Hard to get in, but once you are the opportunities for growth are almost endless. Benefits and perks are very good too.
Pipedrive: I grew very fast and everyone has the possibility to grow and be accomplished at Pipedrive. Everyone is lovely and ready to help and it feels like we are all working for the same!
Clearwater Analytics: Rapid Growth. Very busy and hectic at times.
HomeX: By far the best place i have ever worked. The people and culture are great and I get to work on fun and challenging projects everyday. The pay and benefits are great, I love it here.
Clearent: Culture is nice, especially for women. I've never worked anywhere else in my life where managers are so nice, professional, and flexible to employees.
GoodLeap: It's a great place to work! Yes, the mortgage industry has it's ups and downs, but that's everywhere you go. It's the people that make the experience. We have some very knowledgeable people and everyone is willing to help one another.

Calix: Overall somewhere in the middle (not the best company I have worked for nor the worst one). It has been improving overall over the years (when I first joined I was expecting layoffs every 2 years, then it became a reorg every 2 years, and now it is maturing as a company and expanding).
Calix: Interesting products and direction, but not well organized to address. Recognition is extremely spotty and if you do a good job, its not recognized as there are little problems to get visibility. Personalities at the top can appear arrogant.
Calix: I enjoy working at Calix and it has been a wonderful learning experience gifted with an amazing team. I wish we compensate well also for the employee who has been with Calix for a long time and forsee their future with Calix.

I am working with my new manager to figure this out because I really want to make sure CarGurus is a place I can work at for a long time.
Calix: Open and honest culture, busy days and weeks, a clear mission, tools to get the job done, great benefits. The experience is one of feeling safe to engage in debate while doing a great job for our customers.
